The “Hoffmann Vineyards“ labeled wines are bold full bodied wines that bring out the complex flavors of the fruit combined with the deep purple color and tannins from the skin. Grapes are hand-picked from select areas of our vineyard to provide the best skin/pulp combination to produce a wine worthy of a “Reserve” designation. We usually produce about 100 cases of each variety per annum.

“Pirates Rock” and “Three Boys Rock Reserve” labels are classic Argentinian Malbec wines. Each wine is 100% Malbec and highlights velvet, fruit forward berry, pepper and spice, balanced tannins, and a long finish. Pirates Rock is an easy drinking everyday wine perfect for family gatherings at a price point anyone can afford. Three Boys Rock Reserve highlights all the classic charateristics in a Reserve Argentinian Malbec. We age our Three Boys and Pirates wines in concrete vats for 12 months and produce 100 cases of each brand annually.

“Malbec Reserve Especial” is 100% Malbec aged in French oak barrels. This is a robust Malbec full of cherry and berry fruit aromas joined by notes of cigar and wildflowers with a nice tannin structure. Pairs nicely with steak, lamb, pasta, and hardy meat and cheese appetizers. An outstanding choice for Malbec aficionados.

“Rufous Red” is a wonderful blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon aged in French and American oak barrels. You will find this wine full bodied with complex fruit, leather and vanilla characteristics with a finish that you won’t want to let go of. Great with red meats, ahi, salmon and salty meat and cheese charcuterie boards.

“Rosé Reserve Especial” is 100% Malbec and is usually produced on the front end of the harvest. Hoffmann Vineyards Rosé spends one or two days on the skins to extract a little color before being pressed and fermented. This is a crisp and dry Rosé with loads of fruit and soft finish that pairs well with dried fruits, red meats, chicken, rice dishes, and appetizers.
